1. Scope of Services

Johnson Softwares provides custom software engineering, speed-to-lead CRM platforms, cloud architecture consulting, database setups, and workflow automation. Every engagement begins with an NDA and a Scoping Blueprint defining deliverables, project budgets, and timelines.

2. Execution & Sprints

We deploy code iteratively using agile methodology. Clients receive access to private staging URLs and code check-ins. Sprints require approval of milestones before proceeding to deployment.

3. Payments, Milestone Scoping & Invoicing

Estimates are provided on a clear milestone basis. Turnkey single-tenant deployments are structured into Milestone 1 (50% Kickoff Advance) and Milestone 2 (Remaining 50% Balance due upon 72-hour staging sandbox walkthrough and production domain DNS cutover).

4. Strict Non-Refundable Commercial Policy

All setup fees, advance kickoff deposits (50%), and recurring retainer fees are strictly 100% NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Because Johnson Softwares allocates dedicated senior engineering hours, provisions private single-tenant cloud VPS instances, and performs immediate custom API integrations upon receipt of payment, no cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds will be granted. 5. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon 100% full payment of agreed contract milestones, full ownership of custom code, database configurations, and bespoke design assets is transferred to the client. Pre-existing core platform libraries remain licensed for client operations with zero recurring vendor lock-in tax.
