1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines prohibited activities when accessing or operating Johnson Softwares CRM platforms, automated dialers, WhatsApp business integrations, and webhook pipelines.

2. Strict Prohibition on Unsolicited Spam

You agree to strictly comply with all relevant electronic communication and telemarketing laws, including India TRAI DND guidelines, US TCPA / CAN-SPAM, and EU ePrivacy Directive. You must NOT:

  • Dispatch unconsented bulk cold WhatsApp blasts to purchased phone number lists.
  • Send misleading, predatory, or fraudulent financial schemes, payday loan offers, or unlicensed betting promotions.
  • Forge sender headers, phone caller IDs, or bypass carrier opt-out directives (e.g. ignoring "STOP" commands).

3. Meta WhatsApp Business Policy Compliance

Users utilizing the Meta Cloud WhatsApp integration must adhere to Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Automated messaging may only be sent to leads who have explicitly submitted an inquiry, opted in via a web form, or initiated conversation with your business.

4. Platform Security & Fair Usage

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, benchmark, penetration test without authorization, or inject malicious SQL/XSS payloads into the platform or any tenant container.
